La Gioiosa et Amorosa is based in Treviso, Veneto, at the heart of Italy’s Prosecco zone. Created in 1974 by the Moretti Polegato family, the winery takes its name from the historic epithet of the Marca Trevigiana. Its production centers on Glera from hillside vineyards across Prosecco DOC and Valdobbiadene and Asolo DOCG areas, using the Charmat-Martinotti method with temperature-controlled fermentations to preserve aromatics. The estate emphasizes certified sustainable viticulture, traceability from vineyard to bottle, vegan suitability, and careful pressure and dosage management to express terroir while delivering stylistic consistency.
Beyond classic Prosecco, the portfolio includes Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG, Cartizze, and Asolo bottlings, Prosecco Rosé DOC that blends Glera with Pinot Nero, and a range of frizzante and spumante in brut, extra dry, and dry styles.
