LALO Spirits originates in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, with roots in Arandas and Guadalajara, founded by Eduardo “Lalo” González, grandson of Don Julio González, alongside partners David Carballido and Mauricio Rangel, as a project that moved from private family bottlings to a public release around 2020 focused on Los Altos terroir. Their production centers on fully mature Blue Weber agave from the red-clay highlands, slow-cooked, fermented with Champagne yeast, and double distilled to bottle only as an additive-free blanco that avoids barrel influence to preserve regional character.
