Order Terms

All sales are final.

New York State Law prohibits the return of alcoholic beverages for any other reason, including liquor or wine purchased in customer error (New York State ABC Law). We will only accept returns if the merchandise is defective in quality.

Order Damage & Refunds

If you have a problem with your order, we would like to know about it. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

In the instance that your package is damaged during transit, we require you to notify us of any broken bottles within 2 business days of delivery. We require the sealed (unopened) or corked necks of the bottles returned for us to process a claim and send a new shipment out.

We will not replace any empty bottles.
